The staff were friendly. My experience now is very different from 2014: the room walls have mold, which is bad for health; the toilet isn’t clean and needs a lot of fixing; the towels are unusable; the AC filter seems never to have been cleaned.

There was mold (humidity) on the ceiling and on the cushions. The booking stated a double bed and a single bed in the listing, but we only got a double bed and a mattress on the floor. There was no sink in the private bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The staff were not very pleasant.

The only good thing was the bedding and how close the Kraton is, but the room smelled awful, the bathroom was filthy with grime stuck to the floor, the toilet was disgusting and had no lid, there was no hot water as promised, the air‑conditioner was there but worked poorly, and the room was extremely dusty.
