This contemporary boutique hotel is an interesting find and sits pretty close to downtown Austin; the valet parking was a real convenience and the staff were very pleasant, yet the party vibe at the pool below was extremely loud.

The place is perfect: a clean, spacious room with double‑glazed windows that muffle the music from surrounding venues, a stunning city‑view pool, and delicious cookies available all day; right across the street is a great bakery for breakfast or lunch if you skip the on‑site option. The only downside is the need to walk 15 to 20 minutes for shopping, which feels tough in August’s 40‑degree heat, though that’s just a minor detail; the bedding isn’t super comfortable.

“Fantastic stay, great location, great vibes loved the decor all of it”

I love the pool, the nearby food, and the staff’s super attentiveness, but the only rough point was that our room was so humid you could feel it on the sheets; I’m not sure if that’s the hotel’s fault or just the Austin weather.
