Das Hotel war ein Albtraum, das Zimmer samt Inventar völlig verschlissen und verdreckt. Es stank trotz "Deluxe" Nichtraucherzimmer nach jahrelangem Rauchen. Die Umgebung war um nicht zu sagen hammerhart, es wurde die ganze Nacht an der Tür geklopft und gerüttelt.Für das Klientel vor Ort welches dort wohl dauerhaft wohnt fehlen mir die Worte. Insgesamt ganz klar mehr als nur eine Enttäuschung

“Very bad hotel. Does not respect guest”

The hotel completely ruined my trip by canceling my reservation without any phone call or email, leaving me stranded and frustrated.

I’m glad we survived the short stay without any bug infestation, but the place was absolutely awful and dangerous—described as a burning ruin. The “no smoking” sign on the door was meaningless because the interior looked like an ashtray, with homeless people outside, a bed comforter that had been set on fire with cigarettes, dirty towels, hair in the sink, blood on the ceiling, and drug‑laden parking lots filled with hookers. The door had been kicked in so many times it wouldn’t close properly, forcing us to run like we were on a park bench.

“Terrible, unresponsive staff, disgusting rooms”

The second we entered our room, 50+ flies were buzzing around, the floors were dirty, lights were broken, neighbors were screaming, and a cloud of smoke filled a supposedly smoke‑free room; we felt unsafe and unclean, so we rushed to find another hotel. I asked the front desk staff if a refund was possible, he said yes but did nothing immediately, kept messaging the property and calling multiple times, yet he began ignoring my calls and still hasn’t issued a refund. I wouldn’t stay here even if it were free; it’s super sketchy—go elsewhere.
