The location is excellent, right in the central area with everything nearby, and the hotel is attached to a shopping mall so you don’t need to leave the premises; the cleaning is great, the breakfast is fine, and the value for money is good; the staff are very friendly and welcoming with a lot of empathy and helpfulness. The air‑conditioning unit made noise after turning it on, so I switched it off for fear of something happening; because I was traveling for work and arrived late I didn’t want to bother anyone, but maintenance checks on the equipment are very important; my windows faced the area near the roof and I didn’t feel safe opening them.

The value for money is very good, the room has a single bed, and the hotel is under renovation so the facilities are very new. Everything was fine.

Yes, but it is unacceptable not to have a shower head in the bathroom; in August 2028 I will no longer stay at this hotel because of this serious defect.
