“Nice”

The hotel looked nice, but the Wi‑Fi was awful and kept dropping out.

The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the hotel itself was lovely and reasonably priced; we’d have liked to stay longer. The staff were generally helpful and accommodating, and the location on the outskirts worked well for us since we moved into central Istanbul the next day. The buffet breakfast was varied and tasty, though it cost extra, which was fair. The only downside was that the restaurant service was slow and inattentive, unlike the rest of the hotel, so we chose to eat dinner elsewhere instead of at the hotel.

The personnel were very helpful, but the linens were never changed—just tidied up.
