“Don’t expect anything from 4star hotel it’s just a normal hotel and it’s not worth your money”

Food was good, really tasty 👍🏼. There’s nothing you’ll like: rooms leak water from the roof, the washbasin also leaks, and it wasn’t cleaned properly; if you ask for room cleaning nobody will respond. Mainly it’s not a 4‑star hotel, it’s just a hotel with a pool that’s all… but the staff was good, really helpful, thanks for them.

Food was ok and tasty. Location is also fine. The presidential suite was very small and can be compared to a normal room size only. With the price of 12k plus per night they should have provided a better and larger room. I should have stayed in a normal room for 3k plus in this same hotel rather than a presidential suite.

The little terrace by the valley is perfect for coffee, dinner, and breakfast; the room is spacious with an XXL bathroom, and the staff are understanding and attentive. However, the hotel was mistakenly described as being in Kumily when it is actually on the Munnar‑Kumily road, isolated and quiet, near the entrance of the Periyar reserve.
