Owner Tarcisio is super friendly and very attentive; the lodge’s location is excellent. I took my family to see Itaúnas and they were enchanted by both Itaúnas and Pousada Garça Real.

Owner Tarcísio is courteous, attentive, and fixes problems quickly (he replaced a light). The space is good, organized, and very clean throughout, including the pool, bedding, and towels. Breakfast is tasty and varied. The location is great, close to supermarkets and central squares. I read complaints about the mattress, but that’s personal and the owner is ready to meet needs. The photos match what the app shows. The pillow’s synthetic cover makes it uncomfortable, but it’s necessary for hygiene.
