The linens, room, and facility were all unacceptable.

Nothing good. The elevator was broken, towels were missing when I needed them, the washing machines required an app and didn’t work, the exterior was littered with abandoned cars covered in webs and dog poop… there are more issues, but those are the ones that jumped out at me.

I appreciated the quick check‑in, but the elevators were out of order, which is frustrating, especially for someone disabled or carrying heavy luggage.
