Perfect spot for business trips, including the Rome South quadrant, and for long, relaxing stays. The B&B sits in green, the owners are attentive, helpful, and always ready with restaurant or pizzeria suggestions. The bathroom area, almost as large as the room, is the highlight. There’s an internal parking lot with an independent entrance to the ground‑floor room. In summer you can use the pool and the outdoor kitchen corner with an oven and table. Excellent—essentially a mini villa. It will definitely be my go‑to for future trips to the Eternal City. Thanks for everything.

We appreciated the managers’ friendliness and willingness to accommodate every need. It’s a quiet spot to stay without the chaos of Rome, and free parking is essential for those of us who have to travel by car. The coffee machine and fridge were also a big plus. Everything was perfect. Luckily, although the location isn’t central, the Laurentina metro station is about a 15‑minute drive away, letting you move around the capital swiftly.
