Kopala Tskneti Hotel

The hotel sits just outside the city, on a hill, yet shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There’s an outdoor area to step out of the room and sit in the evening. Bowling is available and we enjoyed it. The restaurant’s kitchen is traditional. Like a good hotel, extra pillows and blankets were brought. Everything is white and clean. The beds could be a touch softer, but that’s just our personal view.

Overall it’s good, but the sauna needs better management—it sometimes stays off, so you have to ask to turn it on and wait an hour. If you’re hiking around Tskneti, Kiketi, and Kojori, the location works well. If you plan to stay in Tbilisi, it’s a bit far, but still reachable by taxi or even public transport. The sauna management was an issue. The swimming pool required caps; we hadn’t brought any in advance.

The room was cozy and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’ll definitely return.

“Seems to be the best option in Tskneti.”

The spot in Tsknety is good, with a pool and a nice restaurant at the hotel, and dogs are welcome. The equipment feels a bit old. The bathroom lacks shelves and space, and the bed is small—seems to be 140x200 for a double.
