Both the guest room and the shared areas were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The laundry service was excellent. Our clothes came back clean and smelling fresh, and not having to do the laundry ourselves saved us a lot of time. The staff were also wonderful, and I would especially like to thank Peggy and Lana. Peggy made a generous decision that allowed us to stay with peace of mind. Lana was very considerate toward us and took responsibility for assisting us all the way through our stay
