The quality at Holiday Inn surpassed the usual standard for the chain; the room was very comfortable, with good bedding and ample bathroom space, and the 18th‑floor view of the city was a bonus. The metro station was just nearby and both Yingze Park and Zhonglu Street were within walking distance.

The room was clean, roomy, and the bed was comfortable. A free laundry room was a lifesaver for a month‑long trip, and the staff were friendly and helpful, creating a genuinely warm welcome. The on‑site restaurant served excellent, visually appealing food that was surprisingly inexpensive.

The place was really nice, the staff spoke English, the breakfast was superb, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was ideal.
