They never answer the phones, which is why I gave it just one point.

Unfortunately, my experience here was pretty disappointing. The soundproofing was bad, the room wasn't cleaned properly, and some of the equipment wasn't working. I didn't have any positive experiences to balance it out.

This place has a lot going for it - the rooms are clean and cozy, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options. I'd definitely come back.

I was pretty disappointed with my room, it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes, and the whole place feels pretty dated. The rooms are also super noisy, but I will say the breakfast was a highlight. It's really only suitable for a one-night stay, which is what it ended up being.
