“Everything you could need stay.”

The hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. Breakfast offered a great variety and opened early, so if you had a tour picking you up at 7:30 am you could grab a bite. I don’t have kids, so the adult quiet pool was a nice option. It’s a solid all‑in‑one place to stay. The only downside I read in earlier reviews is that the location is very secluded with no shop nearby; getting a cab is fine, but having something close would have been nice, though it wasn’t a major issue.

The facilities are very beautiful and well maintained. Our pool villa was very large. The breakfast selection does not match that of a 5‑star resort, and there are too few loungers at both the pool and the beach.

“Top”

The hotel’s cleanliness, spacious rooms with beautiful private pools, breakfast, and location are all excellent. The pillows are a bit hard.

The beds were very comfortable and large, the rooms were air‑conditioned and pleasantly cool, and daily housekeeping was good. The pool was beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the beach pleasant. Breakfast was fine; “The View” restaurant was average, while “Kan Sak Thong” was very good. The location was suitable for car hire. However, evening programs all cost extra, and massages and laundry service were very pricey. In a 10‑minute drive you could get all this for a third of the price and still find it very good quality. The kids’ club was very small and dim; our daughter didn’t feel comfortable there and didn’t go. No other explicit child‑friendly offerings were mentioned.
