The room had excellent equipment, but the breakfast was a let‑down: you had to prepare it yourself, and there were sausage, cheese and reheatable rolls already left from the previous evening, while the fruit bowl contained wilted and rotten fruit, so the room was great but the breakfast was a flop.

It looked nice, but I found the lighting scheme unnecessary and the TV a bit complicated; the staff had to do a lot because everyone also had a second job, and the bicycle shed should have been included in the price.

As a customer‑service technician I must say this place is top; the rooms are wonderful, the kitchenettes are a cool idea and each room has its own fridge, and you can park on the street or at a separate paid lot; however, the shower heads in the rooms need descaling, though that shouldn’t be a problem, and the communication between the rental and restaurant services needs improvement.

The combination of a guesthouse and restaurant worked very well; the stylish décor creates a genuine vacation vibe, free parking is just a 4‑minute walk away (parking in front of the door is paid), the location is perfect in the middle of the old town, the staff is very friendly, and the beach is a 35‑minute walk, though the air conditioning is a bit loud.
