“Vicky's Birthday Trip”

The cave hotel was very nice and unique; Oscar and Bayram were extremely helpful, the kitchen ladies made the best breakfast ever, and I felt very welcome—definitely coming back! Nothing I could fault.

“Hermoso alojamiento, excelente estancia, pero deben mejorar el Wi-Fi nocturno”

The place is truly beautiful, very comfortable and cozy. The cleaning is excellent and all the facilities are well maintained; the accommodation is even cuter in person than in the photos. The location and atmosphere make the stay very pleasant. We especially want to highlight the morning staff member: a wonderful, very friendly, attentive person always ready to help. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi at night, which practically didn’t work. That’s a big deal for us travelers who work online and rely 100 % on a good connection. The problem happened during the shift of the bearded receptionist, whose attitude was very unkind. He was very serious, unwilling to help, and didn’t respond when we tried speaking to him in English. That was the only real negative point of our stay, and we think they should improve it, especially given how important stable internet is today.

“First time Travellers to Cappadocia❤️”

This was our first trip to Turkiye, Cappadocia, and from the moment we booked the accommodation, handled the messages, and arranged the tour packages, everything was great. Huge thanks to Oscar for setting up the birthday in the room, housekeeping, and to Bayram for the hospitality, plus the kitchen team for the breakfast and the sweet treats in the afternoons. Keep doing what you’re doing at Jacobs Cave! The only hiccup was that the hot air balloon rides were out of everyone’s control because of the weather, but we still really enjoyed all the other activities around 😊😊🐎
