“Mixed southern comfort”

The bedrooms were tidy, the bathroom clean, towels fluffy, beds comfy, and the linens fresh. The receptionist was excellent, and the breakfast area was spacious with sweet breads. Dinner was disappointing: the food was poor and service for requests was lacking. Breakfast service was also weak, the hot food seemed stale, and the coffee tasted mediocre.

“Probably won’t stay again”

The location was great and the staff were exceptional, but the TV was broken and they said they'd send someone to fix it, yet the person arrived and couldn't repair it; the reading light didn't work, and breakfast was cold and a bit disorganized.
