A comfy bedroom at a reasonable rate with friendly staff—everything you could wish for during a brief stop in Nepalganj. It would be great to have a decent gym, but that’s just a nitpick.

“Nice”

The hotel's atmosphere was lovely, but it was a shame they didn't offer early check-in. I had to wait a bit, but the staff was friendly and helpful once I finally got to my room.

“Bon hôtel confortable et bien situé pour une nuit”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, which was easy to find and had plenty of space for my motorbike. The rooms were also spacious and the restaurant was decent, but the bathroom design was a bit of a disaster - the shower and bath combo was a nightmare to use and always ended in a flood. The kitchen smells also seeped into the rooms, and the air conditioning unit was super loud at night.

The hotel's shuttle service was a major letdown – it cost an arm and a leg. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the other issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the shuttle service really put a damper on our stay.

“Excellent stay with great service and amenities, though the bathroom could use an upgrade”

I was really impressed with this hotel, especially the general manager Bharat Malhotra who went above and beyond to make my stay special - he even offered free airport pickup and drop-off. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the breakfast was great, and the pool was beautiful. Plus, there was plenty of parking available, which was a big plus for me.
