“Loved our stay”

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and eager to help. The location is great, it took us about 7 min to get to the beach. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Also I liked the furniture. Even though the room photos don’t show this, the room we stayed at has lots of storage, so it was easy to unpack and store our clothes. We had some issues with the AC and the bathroom, but everything was quickly fixed. We also saw ants in the room, so be careful with fruits and food if you don’t want the army of them to come to your room🤣

We spent a week in the Berlin hotel and overall were very satisfied! The hotel is small, cozy, and it feels like it’s being taken care of. The most important thing is that it’s not “dead” like many other options in Nha Trang, where the furniture has already seen better days. Everything here is very functional, fresh and pleasant to the eye. A special thanks for the kitchen: we found all the necessary dishes and utensils to cook breakfasts—this is a big plus for those who want to save on food. The downsides to keep in mind: cleaning. The cleaning was not very thorough, they might have missed dust on shelves and tables or not washed the floor well. But that wasn’t critical for us. Noise. The most annoying thing is the very strong sound from the street. The hotel is in a busy area, and if you sleep lightly, bring earplugs. Car and city noise seeps into the room almost without barriers.

Everything was great! We were greeted for free from the airport, the hotel was clean and quiet, the kitchen on the 7th floor lets you cook or reheat food. I’ll definitely come back!

The internet is good, each room has its own router, the air‑conditioner works well, it’s cozy, clean, and the staff are friendly; you can request housekeeping daily. The walk to the sea takes 10‑15 minutes. The only downside is the road noise if your room faces the street, which we didn’t find critical.
