“Mmm I’m sure there are better layouts out there”

The staff were clean and friendly, but the room layout is frustrating: the shower is open in front of the bed, while the toilet and sink are in a separate adjacent room; only two hooks are in the shower area, none near the toilet or sink, so there’s no spot to hang hand towels. We constantly struggled to hang or place towels so they’d dry without getting dirty. The room is also too small for two people with luggage.

The hotel is stunning, new, modern, and meticulously maintained; the spaces are elegant, welcoming, and spotless. I’m especially grateful to owner Ms. Odisa for her extraordinary kindness and support when I fell and broke my shoulder during my stay—she didn’t hesitate to take me to the hospital and then to the pharmacy for a brace. That gesture goes far beyond simple courtesy and shows great sensitivity and care for others. I’ll never forget her thoughtfulness and invaluable help. Thank you, Loretta.
