It’s close to the shops, but the lifts are not working.

The first time we stayed there the staff communication was poor; they gave us a phone number and kept asking what room we had booked and how many people. The website said free parking, but when we arrived we had to pay, calculated at RM2 per hour, which made us reluctant to leave the car. The elevator wouldn’t work, so we were stuck on the first floor and had to carry an elderly guest up the stairs to the second floor.

It’s near key places and convenient to travel. The bathroom is dirty, water is stagnant, there are no towels, and the pillowcase is very dirty. The entrance is scary and dirty, not worth the price paid, but the staff are very good.

Evan’s friendly attitude and service made the stay enjoyable, but the toilet was dirty, the window leaked when it rained, and the room wasn’t bright enough.
