The massage was absolutely the best thing; I've never felt so well massaged before.

The location is good and the atmosphere is nice, but the buffet food didn’t live up to what you’d expect from a 4‑star+ hotel.

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and the wellness area was great—nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of variety. My eight‑year‑old son, who pays full price from age four, wasn’t allowed into the sauna until he turned 16, which seems unfair; either the age rule should be stated up front with a lower price for younger guests, or the sauna should be open to all full‑price payers. This needs fixing.
