The room was clean and breakfast was good, yet the beds creaked, the staff were unhelpful and wouldn’t let us in before 3 pm even though the room was ready, and they refused to clean the room because they had too many rooms to do.
“Very comfortable and convenient.”
Most of the staff were friendly and professional, the room was very comfortable, there was no noise inside or outside the room, the beds were very comfortable, and I could easily adjust the temperature. Breakfast was nice. The fridge in the room slid inside the cabinet, preventing the door from closing fully and causing items to freeze; you have to wedge it tight to stop it from shifting. A fan is needed in the bathroom.

The place was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly, but half the USB charge ports in the room didn't work and the iron's teflon coating had worn off.

The hotel was a model, the room was beautiful, and overall it was a nice place, but the front‑desk staff seemed rude and unhappy.
