Hotel Le Saint Paul, located in Nice, overlooks the sea, 30 metres from the beach. The hotel features a large garden, adjoining chapel, and offers free WiFi. Rooms have courtyard or sea views, flat-screen TVs, and neutral tones. A buffet breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace. Built in a 19th-century theological seminary, the hotel is 50 metres from Nice Port and 2 km from Old Town.

The hotel’s location and atmosphere are a perfect 10/10—so beautiful, quiet, and the sea and mountain views are a separate pleasure! The staff and service are also 10/10. I rarely feel the urge to return to the same place; I always want to try something new… but I’ll definitely come back to this hotel!

We appreciated the spot: a walk to the town and a free, secure parking space, plus the terrace gave the best view for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious, and there were free water dispensers near the lifts. However, the toilet was separated from the bathroom, tucked into a cupboard with a sliding door and lacking a sink, so you had to go to the bathroom to wash your hands afterward. Breakfast was decent but not outstanding, and the TV offered very few options for English‑speaking guests.
