I had a flawless stay—couldn't have asked for more! The check‑in was smooth and friendly, and they even handed me a walking‑tour map of the city and pointed out a sunset spot. Booking the Li River boat cruise to Yangshuo was a breeze, with 3‑star or 4‑star boat options and a fair price that covered transport to the port. The staff really went above and beyond, especially when they arranged a personal Didi for me after I missed the coach pick‑up spot. I can't think of anything negative—clean rooms, lovely staff, great location. Thank you so much!

The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom, which is not common in many other hotels in China—definitely a plus. The trash cans were emptied daily and fresh towels were provided. We were walking to the highlights, so the location was fine for us, even though it required a bit of walking.
