The room was spacious and the amenities were good, but there was no lift, making it inaccessible for older guests or those with disabilities.

Breakfast arrived at 8.30 am, which was later than I expected.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but the security staff were very poor and unresponsive; they need to improve.

The quality of the room was good. 1.The power kept going on and off, the generator did not work in many occassions. 2. The AC went off in the middle off the night 3. The TV did nit work 4. There was no tea bag, it was out of stock 5. Hot water was available only after 7 AM
