The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and courteous, which made our stay much more enjoyable.
The value for money was also exceptional, especially considering the delicious breakfast included in the room price.

The location was good, but the room felt dirty and the beds were hard.

“I do not agree with this policy regarding late check-in. We had already paid for our room, and I don’t think it is fair”
I liked how close it was to shops and restaurants, but the room was infested with mosquitoes and the bathroom had many dead insects, making it feel unclean; the biggest let‑down was having to pay an extra ₱1,500 per person for a late check‑in even though we’d already booked and paid, which made the whole experience even more disappointing.
“I hope there will be an extra tissue. Extra towel if 3 person in one room because the extra person is paid.”
