The location and quick access were positives. The cleanliness of the dishes was a negative.

“falta de limpieza”

The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed (dishes, appliances.). The room was also well furnished (with TV and fridge included). The hotel is in a residential area with many houses, but there are no supermarkets or shops nearby. The good thing is that the center of Erlangen is about a bus ride away (approximately 20 minutes) with a stop just behind. But, to be honest, there are much better located hotels. I strongly recommend staying near the Arcaden or Henkestrasse. I didn’t like the lack of cleanliness. The furniture and bed were clean (the bed didn’t have sheets), but the floor and walls had cobwebs in the corners, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The ceiling lights were the same. I even saw several spiders :(. There was also a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom, which caused me fungal infections on my feet because of the shower. The hygiene issue made the stay uncomfortable. In the last days there were also problems with the main door, as it was hard to open from the outside and got stuck, which is not pleasant if you arrive at night.

The room was comfortable and clean, and it was easy to reach by public transport.

“Ich würde es immer wieder buchen”

Everything I needed was there, the price‑quality ratio was really good. It was very clean and nicely furnished. Communication went smoothly. Unfortunately the lock on my door bit a little and the sink drained very slowly. Also, it is really far from Erlangen station.

There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped, but the beds made a squeaking noise.
