Only the front‑desk staff were decent; the stay was too expensive for the room quality, the mattress was very worn and uncomfortable, the chair was stuck with tape, and honestly for a night that cost $315 it was not worth it.

The breakfast was not liked; the potatoes and eggs were bad and cold.

“Very poor.”

We were assigned the wrong room and only got one bed even though we asked for two; the front desk had to call a central help desk, and the pleasant operator confirmed we were supposed to be in another room, but that room had already been given to someone else. The receptionist couldn’t program the card for a third room that had two beds, so she had to unlock the door with the master key, leaving the door unlocked with the bolt across the frame. The tub faucet dripped all night, ruining our sleep. It was a totally bad experience.

“Horrible experience”

Nothing. The property was under construction. The room and property smelled. A chair in the room had duct tape on it. There was rips in the carpet
