“Excellent would recommend the hotel.”

We had breakfast twice, and each time it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we also dined one evening and enjoyed the meal. The room was very comfortable and offered a great view. I can’t think of anything to criticize.

Breakfast was very nice with a good selection. The only snag was that I was traveling solo and when I got up to grab more juice, a waiter cleared my plate before I finished.

“Elegant hotel, great location, super comfy beds!”

I adore this hotel for its décor and location – the ideal spot if you’re heading to a show at the O2. The staff were helpful; we had a few hiccups that were handled promptly and appropriately. We stayed in two Deluxe rooms, which were well equipped and featured truly comfy emperor‑sized beds. I strongly recommend rooms on the front side of the hotel to avoid traffic noise. I appreciate the attention to detail throughout the hotel and how well history has been woven into everything. It’s my go‑to place for nights in Belfast! The food in the Drawing Room and the in‑room breakfast wasn’t the best. My dinner order was wrong at first, and then the replacement chicken wasn’t fully cooked – the waiter handled it quickly, but it meant I missed my meal. The in‑room breakfast was decent but not as special as we’d hoped for the price. Some items were missing or incorrect.
