We showed up in the evening, but there was no one around to check us in. The phone rang and rang with no answer - super unprofessional. After multiple calls, we finally got a response, but the news was that there were no rooms available, despite having a booking confirmation. Total mess.

This place has a great location for exploring the area, and Antoinette was super friendly and helpful. She recommended a nearby beach, La plage des roseaux, which was really beautiful - palm trees, dugouts, showers, and all set up for a great time. The pool was nice and quiet, but I wasn't a fan of the ceiling fan or AC in the main room instead of a floor fan.

Everything was great, but nothing was terrible - I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

The pool had way too much chlorine in it - not exactly the most pleasant experience.
