“Great location but room needed a good clean.”

The location was good and the bed was comfortable. However, the place was dirty—dirty dishes in the cupboards, dusty rooms, floors that needed vacuuming and cleaning, and the couch was also unclean.

The apartment itself was fine and the furniture was in good condition, but the overall presentation made it feel like someone had just vacated before we arrived. The apartment hadn’t been professionally cleaned, especially the kitchen, which was disappointing. The cupboards were messy, some utensils were old or broken, and there weren’t enough plates, cups and other basic kitchen items for the number of guests. We also saw mould growing inside the apartment, which was concerning. Overall, while the apartment and furniture were fine, the cleanliness, kitchen condition and general presentation let the property down. The location of the apartment in Burleigh was also a negative.
