The facilities were very good and the staff were friendly, but the entrance to the bar for guests should be direct instead of through the street.

“Una rica cama una mala zona”

There are plenty of nearby attractions within a short walk, but this place isn’t ideal for strolling; I loved the bed’s comfort. The hotel is centrally located, as reviews say, yet the area is crowded with homeless people. We parked close to avoid the $55 valet fee and couldn’t check the car while the sun was down. We have a service dog; forget it, we had to let it out. Everything is nearby, but for safety you should take a taxi or Uber; it’s not a walkable zone. From midnight until the next day around 5 pm a glove was thrown in the hallway, which bothered me, though the rest of the hotel was clean.

“overall a great stay!!”

The staff were amazing and the facilities were great, but the noise was a real issue. I stayed on L8, just below the rooftop bar, and heard loud stomping from 6 pm to midnight every night because of line dancing, plus the downstairs bar’s DJ until midnight. The sound echoed, and we were told about both at check‑in but didn’t realize how loud they would be.
