The location to everything in Adelaide was ideal. There is never enough tea and coffee facilities in the room for multiple day stays

The staff were friendly and the room was neat with a good view. The room was quite smaller than expected for a suite, the shower flooded the whole bathroom and we had to clean it up ourselves.

We booked the New York loft room and it was huge; the bedroom sits on a mezzanine floor upstairs with a large, very comfortable bed, and the bathroom downstairs features a massive double shower. The living area is spacious, but the bathroom is far from the bedroom. The toilet brush and a plug for the kitchenette sink were missing; we asked reception for them, only to discover they had been delivered to the wrong room later on.
