“Authentic nostalgic japanese dream”

This place is amazing; I loved every detail—from the room style and view to its location and the onsen. It’s truly a gem, and the staff were genuinely kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely recommend it to all my friends. I liked everything.

The shampoo that came with the room was somehow filled with water, so it turned into a watery mess that was useless. I understand there’s no way to check it beforehand, but as an experience it was pretty rough.

“まあ、素泊まりで、値段も安いし、いいかな。”

Even though the building is old, the room was clean, smelled fine and felt spacious. The inconvenience was that the staff were stationed in the annex, so getting help was a hassle, and the parking reservation led me to a different lot; after driving out and back I couldn’t find a spot again, and the staff told me to leave the car where it was, which was tiring though it eventually worked out. Also, the bed cushion was far too soft.

“Nothing”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, but I had concerns about the hotel's safety due to the lack of staff. I had requested a room on the first floor, but unfortunately, it wasn't ready, and I struggled to get my large luggage to my room. Additionally, the onsen, which was a major draw for me, was not up to par - it was small, dirty, and didn't match the pictures.
