“Good experience”

I had a great experience at this hotel, but there were a few areas where they fell short. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the hotel's overall cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the delicious food, round-the-clock reception service, and the staff's willingness to cater to our needs at any hour of the day or night. However, the bed mattress was a bit of a letdown and needed some attention.

“Great hotel with amazing staff”

As a repeat guest, I can confidently say that this hotel has consistently exceeded my expectations, with a staff that's always courteous and responsive to my needs. The food service is quick and of high quality, and any issues I've had have been promptly resolved. However, the automatic room electricity button has been a bit finicky at times.
