The small but friendly housekeeper was easy to get along with, offered a local food list for Touchen, served freshly ground Italian coffee for free, and added fresh milk for guests to make latte at home, which was great! The first‑floor common area is large, with plenty of tables and chairs, big enough for all guests; all kitchenware and a boiler are available, so cooking yourself is no problem. The family room is spacious, the larger double bed is very soft and comfortable, there is a bathtub for soaking, and a balcony to wake up to the street view. It’s not a sea‑view inn, but the sea is just a 3‑minute drive away, and a 7‑11 is nearby, making it a good quiet spot in the middle of the bustle. The bathtub is a bit small, and people taller than 170 cm may feel cramped. Otherwise, there are almost no shortcomings.

We stayed in a very clean room on the second floor with two large beds that were super comfortable; the wet‑dry separation in the bathroom was great. The first‑floor common area is huge, so we could bring groceries in and sit comfortably with family, chat, and eat—a wonderful experience. Thanks to Wendy’s house for the unforgettable memories; if I go back to Chengtou, I’ll definitely book again. Highly recommend.

The housekeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us local food recommendations and answering every question like friends. The property looks like a typical detached villa; the ground floor houses the living room and kitchen, while the bedrooms are upstairs. There’s no elevator, but we didn’t have much luggage, so it didn’t matter. The ground‑floor living area and kitchen were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The area is a quiet residential zone, yet there are several walkable restaurants nearby, and free bicycles are available to ride into the city center. Nobody else was staying that day, so we could park our car right outside the gate, which was a lucky convenience.
