The location is great. The breakfasts are in a different building, the room is tiny and a bit neglected, the bathroom light is awful, the hallway is dirty and cluttered, and the bathroom toiletries aren’t refilled.

“Me hospedaría fuera del casco histórico”

The location was great. However, key delivery for the apartment happens at a nearby hotel, and the front desk staff could have been more attentive. The building’s access looked bad, with trash bags at the entrance that weren’t removed, and windows littered with pigeon droppings that never got cleaned.

“Take them off your booking list!!!”

I walked into a nice room, but the roaches were a nightmare for the whole stay. The jazz blasting from noon to midnight made it impossible to sleep, and the old building’s cracked front door and windows let the bugs in. I told staff after a few hours, and they only offered to clean the room, which didn’t solve the roach issue. When we left, they ignored our concerns and the owner/management seemed indifferent to the health hazard, killing roaches for three days.

“Amazing and Great location”

The spot in Old Town is amazing, and they drop you off at the gate with no stairs—Ploče Gate. The hotel staff who handed out keys were very helpful and walked you to the place, which was nice. Nothing else to note.
