The staff handled everything flawlessly, the breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms were comfortable. However, the hotel is always very busy and popular, making the lobby a bit hard to navigate at times, though this is only a minor inconvenience.

The staff in all departments were courteous. The facilities were poor: the bathroom, tiny shower, and furnishings resembled a one‑bedroom apartment rather than a hotel; the pool was small, and the elevator was slow, causing long waits.

Nothing positive. Because of the restriction on Russian cards on Booking, most guests have to pay with foreign cards of relatives or friends. Most hotels do not allow payment on arrival, and if you pay with a prepaid rate from a non‑own card the hotel will not check you in. If you don’t show up, you won’t get a refund. Booking does not warn you about this during payment.
