“They mislead people with photos that look better than reality.”

The only redeeming factor was the attendant’s willingness to try to resolve the problems. The disappointment with the room was immense; it felt dirty even though it was actually clean. The walls and the floor were in poor condition, there was no table contrary to what the booking photo had shown, a piece of the bathroom door was missing, and the bed was terrible. The wall behind the headboard was stained with body oils. We had to complain at the front desk to get a different room, and the only reason we didn’t switch hotels was that the few available options were much more expensive.

The hotel is ok, good location and staff and good breakfast. For people who want to visit Palermo, maybe the room could have better decoration.
