The hotel’s location is near an unpleasant neighbourhood, and the breakfast isn’t bad but repetitive.

Everything was excellent: the location, the staff’s friendliness, the amenities. The room is small but sufficient with everything needed.

I chose this hotel to unwind after Burning Man because I’d already stayed in the chain in Paris and NYC, so it felt familiar. The bed was large and comfy, and the rooms are simple, but you can still grab hot water and ice from the bar for your own drinks. The social area is cozy and works well for working. The TV wouldn’t share the QR code to pair with my devices even though it advertised that feature, and the drinks fridge in my room was broken. I didn’t mention either issue to anyone, so they might have been fixed if I had.

Cleanliness, location, breakfast, efficiency were all good. The room was a bit small.
