When I arrived the property was closed and a film set was in front of it. I knocked several times and got no answer. I returned later, the place was still shut, dark, and it was clear either it wasn’t a guest house or the owners had left without telling me and cancelled my reservation. It’s appalling to advertise a property and then close it without any communication or direct notice. The fact that my booking wasn’t honored and the place was closed with no one there is unacceptable.
