The resort features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, kids' club, and babysitting service. Rooms include flat-screen satellite TVs, minibars, safety deposit boxes, coffee makers, and hairdryers, along with en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs. It's a 20-minute drive to Patong Beach and Phuket International Airport.

The location, service, and staff were all excellent, though the breakfast offered too few halal and Arabic options.

The location is great and the staff were super friendly and helpful, yet our five‑day stay was ruined by a persistent sewer smell from the bathroom that never disappeared. It seemed the room had been unused for a long time, but when we reported it, a maintenance worker only ran the water for a few seconds and left, with no proper inspection or fix. Spending the whole stay in that smelly room was very disappointing and the lack of a real solution was frustrating.

The resort’s location is perfect for grabbing nearby services, it’s clean, has a few on‑site restaurants, and the food was amazing.

המלון ממוקם נוח מאוד, מרווח ופרוס על שטח נרחב. מסעדה מצוינת וגם ארוחת הבוקר טובה ומגוונת. חדר כושר טוב. החוף צמוד למלון עם ירידה ממש קרובה לים. החדרים שלנו היו מעט מרוחקים מהלובי וזה נחמד כי שקט ומוקף צמחייה רק אם לא רוצים הליכה ארוכה לבקש חדרים קרובים לכניסה. ביקשנו 4 חדרים צמודים ולא קיבלנו. יש חדרים שצריך ללכת לא מעט כדי להגיע
