Located 2 km from the city centre, it offers free parking, proximity to metro and bike stations, and easy access to Grand Palais and Old Lille. Renovated rooms, a rooftop terrace, and the Rococo Restaurant serving local cuisine enhance the hotel's elegant charm.

The hotel is very pet‑friendly and accommodating, with a covered parking lot, but there was a noticeable drain odor.

The arrival staff were genuinely helpful, the room was tidy and cozy, breakfast was decent, and the bike parking was secure. On the downside, the neighbourhood wasn't ideal and walking into town felt too far for me alone; the restaurant looked lovely, yet breakfast was served in a plain room beneath the lift. It was the priciest hotel we booked, yet it didn't feel any superior to the others we’ve stayed at.
