The staff were incredibly friendly, but the distance between the tram stop and the hotel was a bit inconvenient.

The service was pleasant, yet it never offered solutions when I explained the issues. The room was dirty, the sheets were too small for the beds, the window leaked, the heater didn't work, the sink was clogged, the towels were stained and rough, the furniture was in poor condition, and even the ceiling was dirty. The photos on the website didn't match the reality at all. The hotel is far from the main street, requiring a walk down some side alleys. I was traveling with kids, so it was very disappointing.

The hotel was terrible, with bedbugs and filthy bedding.

Nie dajcie sie nabrac na piękne zdjęcia- nocleg standardem znacząco odbiegał od tego.co jest pokazane, brak kontaktu personelu, dopiero jak zgłosiłam spraw do.bookingu
