“Location oltre ogni aspettativa”

A very central property, very clean and fully equipped. The host greeted us warmly and professionally, giving all the necessary information. The building has just been renovated, so it has all the modern comforts yet still keeps the original charm of the palace; the window overlooking Piazza del Popolo is truly special. Breakfast is definitely a highlight of the property, very abundant and available directly in the room, so there are no timing issues. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely return.

“Lovely, refined apartment and a wonderful host.”

A gorgeous apartment that feels spacious enough for a couple or solo traveler, clearly a cherished home with many charming details, meticulously clean, and stocked with everything needed. Maria Pia is wonderful, treating guests with tasty treats that go beyond expectations. Located on the main piazza, it sits right in the heart of everything, overlooking one of Italy’s most beautiful and lively squares. The palazzo itself is stunning, and staying here feels both comfortable and like a lesson in good living. The main downside is that the town’s vibrancy, especially at the piazza, brings noise into the apartment—though the bedroom is better insulated. No cars and no loud music, just the bustle of social activity. I usually sleep with earplugs, which might help. The wifi can be glitchy, especially in the evening, at least when I was there.

“Very comfortable, clean with a very kind and attentative host. Wonderfully located and safe.”

Every morning, breakfast arrived with croissants, fresh fruit, juices, and more. Maria was very kind and attentive, and she kindly drove us with our suitcases to the bus and train station on our last day. The only drawback was that the wifi was inconsistent, often going down and requiring us to reconnect. In the overall pleasantness of the suite, it was a minor irritation. We enjoyed our stay very much.
