The staff were courteous and everything was tidy, but there was no coffee shop or bar open during the day.

Everything was functional and relaxing, and when our rental car broke down and we didn’t speak Italian, Director Roberto was very helpful, available and kind; thanks to him and Mara.

Do atendimento na recepcao. Estava pesquisando este hotel por uns 3 dias, com cafe da manha. Quando finalmente fechei a reserva, foi feita sem o cafe da manha no mesmo preço que havia pesquisado no dia anterior. Fiquei confusa e nao gostei desta sensação
