We stayed in an Ocean Room, a bit lower than the street level but the windows flooded the spacious room with light; the shower was at ground level, the toilet separate, and there were plenty of power outlets. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Weinviertel and even Czechia, just 5 km from the border. Breakfast was fine, and parking was free on both sides of the street.

The property is easily reachable by bike, and the courtyard rooms are very quiet; outdoor bike parking is covered, though it should be lockable, perhaps with a garage. The themed rooms are original, but for the price, more local fare at breakfast would be expected.

Breakfast was served buffet style with a sufficient selection, the service was very pleasant, there was a possibility to park a motorcycle in the courtyard, the pension is on the road but the rooms face the courtyard, it was quiet at night, and the thermal baths were 5 minutes away.

Getting there by car was straightforward, and there were good parking spots right in front of the building. Breakfast was decent, and the fresh bread was excellent.
