The room was charming. The soundproofing was really poor, and there was dust on the furniture.

It was right in the middle of Paris and easily reachable. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious enough. Breakfast was tasty French fare, coffee was good. The host was friendly, and we were able to leave our suitcases there.

The property is very beautiful and well maintained, located in a central and strategic spot. It’s great for walking (we only walked). Mr. Jean Etienne was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. One great thing is that, despite the central location, the room was incredibly quiet for sleeping. In short, a wonderful trip overall: we didn’t want to leave! We hope to return soon.

The host Jean Etienne was very attentive, offering great local tips. The apartment sits right next to a subway station, yet our deluxe courtyard room stayed remarkably quiet. The place is stylish and uniquely decorated.

The host was extremely attentive, and the room was spacious by Parisian standards, right next to the tube and in a superb spot with plenty of fantastic food options around.
