ROOM TOWN CENTRE FREE PARKING WI-FI PATIO AA STAY LTD

“Filthy, Noisy accommodation”

Nothing good about this property. No curtains, a filthy bathroom, noisy, left after one night because I couldn’t stand it. The pictures are completely false. I tried to get a refund and was refused. I wish I had read the reviews before booking this place for my employee.

“Disappointing stay – tired, unclean and in need of improvement.”

Free parking and close to the town center. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The whole property smelled damp and musty, and it didn’t feel clean at all. The rooms were tired and needed attention; the pillows had a very unpleasant smell, as if they had been slept on without fresh bedding. Security was concerning: the room key is kept in an outside lock box, so you can’t lock the room from inside, and the only internal lock was a flimsy slide that looked like it had been knocked off and refitted. The shared bathroom was dirty and had dirty boxer shorts on the floor. Overall, the accommodation felt tired, unclean, and in need of significant improvement, especially in cleanliness and room security. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

Close to town center. The sheets looked like they had never been changed, stains on the edge there was no table ,just a small stand near bed , family with kids living there , in the bathroom lots of things and disorder , on Thursday evening bells from the church ringing almost continuously for at least 1 hour , no ventilation

“Very good value for a few nights stay, facilities for self catering and free WiFi which was easy to.”

No meals were provided, but there was a microwave (and a cooker that wasn’t used during this stay) and a kettle. The location was near the town center, Civic Church, and the bus station for traveling around the area. Thank you, Anwar and family. The only downside was having to leave for the next part of the journey.

“I should have spent 20 quid more and stayed at the holiday inn.”

The location and parking were fine, but otherwise the stay was very poor. I don’t usually give negative feedback, but this night was dismal in a shabby building with a bare‑bones, scruffy room. The bedding was clean, but everything else was in a very bad state. The communal bathroom—if that’s what it was—was filthy and looked like a storage room for old mops and cleaning supplies. I had to shower only out of necessity; I can’t imagine anyone would want to, or had used it in months, let alone cleaned it. My standards are not high, I’m not a fussy person, and yet I was shocked by this.
